Our Oktoberfest host will meet you at the agreed meeting point (normally directly at the Oktoberfest). After a short welcome, your host will bring you to the reserved table and hand you over the food and drink vouchers (2l Beer and 1/2 chicken or an alternative if you do not eat chicken).

Then the host will help you to place your first order - and your party can start.
