DEPARTURE M&G:

For commercial flights, we coordinate with the guide/driver dropping off the guests, once they reach the departure gate, we meet them, handle their luggage, and escort them through fast track on check-in and immigration counters. From there, we escort them to the Pearl Lounge for refreshments and relaxation until their boarding time.

For private jet flights, we coordinate with the guide/driver dropping the guests, once they reach the departure gate, we meet them, handle their luggage, and escort them through fast track on check-in and immigration counters. From there, we escort them to the Pearl Lounge for refreshments and relaxation until their boarding time. When its boarding time, we take them to the plane.
