The day will begin by soaring through the treetops on the slopes of Table Mountain, taking in 360 panoramic views over the valley below. You will race up to 155 meters above the tree canopy, which you will later mountain bike through. With runs as long as 500 meters and with some of the highest and longest cables in South Africa, this activity only means one thing - faster slides.

Your feet will barely have time to touch the ground before you pedal down the valley through the greenbelts, exploring the hidden world in Constantia that only those on two wheels can access.

Stopping for a picnic and a short hike at Eagles Nest you will be guided through Groot Constantia, one of the oldest wine farms in the area. The route will then take you to Constantia Uitsig where you will test out the bike track before retiring after your adrenalin filled day of adventure.
