You will be collected from your hotel in Paracas and taken to the calm shores of Atenas Beach for an introduction to the scallop farming process, shared through thoughtful explanations and visual aids. A short boat ride then takes us to the hatchery, where you'll observe a diver harvesting scallops beneath the surface. Guests who wish may also enter the water with light snorkelling gear for a closer look.
The visit concludes with a refined seafood appetiser, thoughtfully prepared and enjoyed by the water’s edge. After a morning shaped by stillness, connection and craft, you’ll return to your hotel carrying a sense of calm—and a new appreciation for the quiet work of the sea.
