An essential walk through one of the oldest wine areas in the region. The tour starts from the city of Mendoza to visit two wineries in Luján de Cuyo or Maipú area and learn about both , large scale and artisan, processes of wine and olive oil production.
We will taste both wines and products derived from olive trees, as we go through each property, we will highlight the importance of both key industries of the province.
During the activity we will also get to know the irrigation system in the vineyards and its importance for the care of water as a resource for the community.
Finally we will get to know the Carrodilla Church, which houses the Virgin Patroness of the vineyards.
