A day of contrasts, beginning by getting close and personal with the Great White Sharks in Gansbaai before spending the afternoon exploring the wine farms along the Hemel-en-Aard Valley.
Heading out of Cape Town to Gansbaai, Marine Dynamics will take you on a journey to understand the predators of the ocean. This 5* Shark Diving Company not only gives you the best experience, but also offer extensive information regarding marine research, conservation and education covering Great White and other marine species while on board the vessel.
We will then head inland to explore the Hemel - en Aarde Valley. This valley unites the passion and reputation of fifteen wineries, each growing small volumes of premium quality wine in carefully and sustainably managed vineyards.
While these wines draw wine lovers from all over the world, the pristine shores of the Atlantic Ocean, the towering mountain ranges and fynbos-clad hills add to the attraction – to guarantee visitors to the Hermanus Wine Route a memorable experience.
