With sweeping ocean views & a reputation for indigenous ingredients, Chef Kobus van der Merwe's seven-course Strandveld menu reflects the wild landscape around you.

To further deepen the journey, a private botanist-led Strandveld walk  after lunch explores the very flora that inspires the kitchen.
