Begin your day with a 90-minute guided horseback ride through vineyards, forests, and over mountain trails. This is a unique and unforgettable way to experience the valley’s natural beauty and serenity. Please note: Maximum rider weight is 100 kg (16 stone).
After an active morning we visit one of the smaller, boutique and family-owned wine estates for a more intimate wine tasting.
For lunch, we will make our way to one of the local restaurants on a wine farm for a relaxed lunch experience. Enjoy a beautiful setting overlooking the gardens and the vines with the breath-taking mountains as a backdrop.
Next, take a short drive to Oldenburg Vineyards, nestled in the Banghoek Valley. Known for its dramatic mountain amphitheatre and commitment to sustainable winemaking, Oldenburg offers a tasting that highlights the harmony between nature and craftsmanship.
Time allowing, conclude the day at Muratie, one of the oldest wine estates in the region. Steeped in history, this atmospheric farm tells a story in every corner, offering a rich and characterful tasting experience.
