Test out the family's Stand Up Paddling skills in the safe sheltered waters in Camps Bay, before driving along the coastline towards Hout Bay to explore the working fishing harbour of Hout Bay & meet the local seals. After lunch, we will head over to the valley of Constantia where you will enjoy some outdoor fun.
We begin the day Stand Up Paddling in the secure, calm waters of Camps Bay, the picture perfect location for children of all ages to test their balancing skills and enjoy learning a new skill.
After our morning of fun, we will drive along the Atlantic Coastline, making our way to the buzzing harbour town of Hout Bay.
In Hout Bay you will be able to explore the working fishing harbour, feed the seagulls and meet the friendly local seals. Browse the local arts and crafts stalls before enjoying a relaxed lunch along the beachfront.
After lunch, we head over the mountain to the Constantia Winelands region to get another perspective of the city. To keep the excitement of the day alive, we will take the children to Acrobranch, which is a childrens heaven! Safely strapped in, the children will enjoy swinging through trees, dangling from branches and balancing in the air throughout the obstacle course. Adults can also get involved, as there is fun for everyone!
In the mid-late afternoon, we will take a stroll through the popular Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, where the children can enjoy a fun treasure hunt with our guide. We will have the opportunity to view the city from an elevated perspective as we discover the Boomslang walkway in the gardens.
