Pick up from airport and transfer to your hotel. Enjoy a day of leisure to experience the variety of activities and events of the capital.
Visit a colourful floating market. After lunch pay your respects at three of the most famous temples in Thailand, Marble Temple, Temple of the Reclining Buddha and Golden Buddha Temple.
At leisure until transfer to Bangkok railway station for an overnight train to Chiang Mai. Overnight on the train.
Arrive Chiang Mai in the morning, transfer to hotel. Visit Wat Prathat Doi Suthep, a highly revered temple, spectacularly situated on a mountain top it offers splendid views of the city and surrounding countryside.
Depart to Chiang Rai by local pick-up truck with a stop at a hot spring. Enjoy a long-tailed boat trip in the Mae Kok River to Baan Ruammit, a Karen hill tribe village. Start the trek to Lahu hill tribe village, Baan Yafoo. Dinner and overnight at the village.
After breakfast trek to Huay Mae Xai waterfall. After lunch and some time to relax start walk amidst beautiful scenery to the next village. Continue your walk through vast paddy fields to an Akha hill tribe village at Baan Ar-Pa. Dinner and overnight at the village.
After breakfast transfer to Mae Sai, the border of Thai-Myanmar. Visit the Golden Triangle area and enjoy beautiful scenery over the Mekong River. Continue to Wat Chedi Luang before heading back to Chiang Mai for overnight.
Transfer to Chiang Mai airport for flight to Surat Thani (flight not included). Upon arrival transfer to Khao Sok enjoy a half day hiking through the beautiful rainforest and return to the resort for dinner. After dinner, you will come back to the jungle for an exciting night safari.
Spend some wonderful moments with a lake cruise day trip. Enjoy the most beautiful lake in South East and take a long tail boat to visit a floating house. Lunch at a floating restaurant before start hiking for around 1 hour to explore the aquarium alike cave before coming back to the mainland for overnight.
