This is a rather bumpy but interesting drive that will take about 3.5 hours!
There is an option to take a charter flight directly to Mandrare on a Monday and a Thursday, at an additional cost cost of about EURO 5400.00 for a 5 seater Cessna 206.
Drive back to Fort Dauphin where you will have a chance to have some lunch and stretch your legs before changing vehicles and driving an further 3 hours to Manafiafy.
Return to Fort at leisure and have the night to relax ahead of you departure to Tana in the morning. This flight departs any time from 08h30 to early afternoon hence the night in the town of Fort Dauphin!
