Day 1: Gulf of Chiriqui

Located 20 miles off Panama's Pacific Coast, the 14 jungle covered islands of the Islas Secas Archipelago feel remote, wild, and untamed. Only Isla Covada has been developed, the rest remain completely untouched, just waiting to be discovered.

Day 2: Gulf of Chiriqui

The waters of the Gulf of Chiriquí offer some of the best adventure scuba diving in Panama, and the world. No matter your level of experience, diving around the Islas Secas Archipelago will immerse you in one of the most abundant marine ecosystems in the world.

A range of dive sites to suit all levels of experience, training and comfort levels ensure a memorable dive – from calm, protected inshore reefs, islands and break rocks, to high-voltage diving on exposed off-shore, deep water pinnacles and sea mounts. Plus, new sites are frequently encountered, providing opportunities for true exploration and discovery.

Day 3: Gulf of Chiriqui

During whale-watching season, whales can be seen right from the property, while boat trips can be arranged to get closer to these majestic species. Their breaching, spy hopping, tail slapping and lob tailing will leave you with no doubt as to why Panama whale-watching is some of the best. From the youngest guest to the wisest, it’s sure to be a highlight of your Islas Secas vacation.

Day 4: Gulf of Chiriqui

The 20 miles between Islas Secas and the coast of Panama leave lots of room to roam and play in the breathtaking waters of the Gulf of Chiriquí. The Islas Secas marine playground is perfect for watersports of all kinds, including snorkeling, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, boat tours, e-foiling, surfing and irresistible sea bobbing.

Day 5: Gulf of Chiriqui

With some of the best surf breaks in Central America, minus the crowds, there’s a good reason why Panama surfing has become so popular. The surf break at Morro Negrito, located just 45 minutes by boat from Islas Secas, has a wide variety of surf spots for all skill levels and offers exhilarating surfing and body boarding.
