Day 1: Boteti River - Makgadikgadi Pans National Park

On arrival to the Maun Airport you are flown to the Makgadikgadi where you stay at Leroo La Tau in a chalet with all meals, local beverages and safari activities included

Leroo La Tau is situated in the pristine wilderness of the renowned Makgadikgadi National Park. Perched high on a cliff, overlooking the dry riverbed of the Botetsi River, this exceptional retreat offers guests the opportunity to experience exhilarating wildlife encounters and breathtaking vistas. Just 12 luxurious chalets are set on raised wooden platforms and feature lovely ensuite bathrooms, oh-so comfy double beds and ceiling fans.

Guests can tuck into delicious menus, served in the convivial atmosphere of the elegant dining room and enjoy a refreshing sundowner in the sitting room or bar area, which look onto a beautiful dry riverbed and a permanent waterhole. Activities at Leroo La Tau centre on game drives in the lodge's own concession as well as river trips and 4WD game-drives in the adjacent Makgadikgadi National Park (although not to the pans themselves). Generally game drives spend the daylight hours inside the Makgadikgadi Pans National Park where the emphasis is on combing the Boteti riverfront for game.

When dusk falls, activities retreat to Leroo La Tau's own concession - a relatively narrow neck of land enclosed by a loop of the Boteti which juts into the park. For many guests, down time spent in the hide at the lodge can be a highlight in itself.

Day 3: Moremi Game Reserve

You are transferred by air to the Okavango Delta where you stay Xakanaxa Camp. Accommodation is in luxury tents with all meals, local beverages and safari activities included

The Camp is situated on the beautiful Xakanaxa Lagoon in the heart of the Okavango Delta, within the Moremi Wildlife Reserve.

Tracking big game on morning and afternoon game drives by open 4x4 safari vehicle, excellent bird-watching, exploring the Xakanaxa Lagoon and surrounding Okavango channels by motorboat and mokoro canoes.

Day 4: Moremi Game Reserve

Spend your day doing game drives and Mokoro canoeing as well as boat trips on the river.

Day 5: Chobe River Front

You are transferred to the Chobe Game Lodge which is the only lodge inside the Chobe National Park.

Situated on the mighty Chobe River in the North Eastern corner of Botswana's Chobe National Park, and twenty kilometers upstream from the confluence of the Chobe and Zambezi rivers is a place where the dust speaks of an ancient time, a time when the scent of the dust meant survival or death.

Chobe has a great diversity and concentration of wildlife. The park is home to the largest concentration of Elephant in Africa. Large herds of Buffalo are common and other species such as Lion, Wild Dog, Puku, Red Lechwe, Sable and Roan Antelope are encountered in many areas of the park.

Chobe Game Lodge game drives are conducted in open sided 4x4 vehicles ensuring maximum visibility. Guests can also enjoy a romantic sunset cruise down the Chobe River. Cruises take place on small boats or aboard the Mosi-oa-Tunya and provide the opportunity to see spectacular wildlife and unforgettable African sunsets.

Day 7: Victoria Falls (Zambia)

After your morning game activity you are transferred to the Islands of Siankaba Lodge. Accommodation includes all meals, local beverages and lodge activities

Day 9: End of Itinerary
