Day 1: Puerto Iguazu

Arrival in Iguazu.

We start with a guided visit to the mighty Iguazu Falls from the Brazilian side. You can also choose for Macuco Safari by boat where you get the opportunity to get really close to the falls.

Free afternoon.

Day 2: Southern Pantanal

Time to experience the cases from the Argentine side with a private guide.

After 30 km through the Iguazu Nature Park, you arrive at the Iguazu Falls.

The Argentine side of the cases is the most spectacular. You can get close to the water thanks to a network of walkways.

Flights to Cuiaba in Pantanal.

Day 3: Southern Pantanal

A day of activities suggested by the guides depending on the season and weather (either in vehicles, on foot, by boat or on horseback).

Day 4: Southern Pantanal

Activities organized by the ranch with professional guides: Photo-safari in truck, hiking or horseback riding, boat trip (depending on season and weather).

Day 5: Manaus

At dawn, we go on safari to see the wildlife typical of the region.

Flights to Manaus.

Day 6: State of Amazonas

Guided city tour where you get to see the most important monuments in the city, including the courthouse, Rio Negro Palace and the famous Amazon Theater. We also visit the Mercado Municipal market where you can buy local crafts and food from the rainforest as well as the fish market with all the exotic local fish.

Transfer to Juma Lodge in the jungle. In the evening there will be alligator safaris.

Day 7: State of Amazonas

Choose from a range of exciting activities organized by professional and passionate guides.

For example, we suggest jungle excursions, canoe trips on the lake, piraya fishing and visits to the locals.

Day 8: State of Amazonas

Day 9: Sao Luis

 

Transfer back to Manaus and flight to Sao Luis.

Day 10: Barreirinhas

Transfer to Barreirinhas.

In the afternoon, you will be seated in a 4x4 vehicle with driver and local guide to explore a landscape that is nowhere else in the world - the Lenco desert.

Once in front, you continue on foot with your guide in the desert to the first lagoons (between May and October). You can go barefoot and swim whenever you want in the natural swimming pools of crystal clear water. Don't miss the desert sunset which is always an unforgettable moment!

Day 11: Sao Luis

Free morning for relaxation, or optional excursion, for example:

- Tour in a fast canoe on the Preguicas River
- Quad bikes
- Visit a Farinha, a house where they make the famous manioc flour in the traditional way
- Tour in giant buoys on the Formigaf River

Transfer back to Sao Luis.

Day 12: Ipanema

Guided hike in Sao Luis historic district. You will walk along the cobbled streets of the old town and discover the important Portuguese colonial architectural heritage.

Flights to Rio de Janeiro.

Day 13: Ipanema

Guided day tour of the city starting with visits to Corcovado, the mountain with the impressive statue of Christ, the icon of Rio. From here you get an impressive view of the city.

After lunch you continue to the other fantastic vantage point in the city - the Sugar Peak.

The views of the entire bay, Niteroi and the beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema are adorable.

Day 14: End of Itinerary

Free day to explore the city and beaches.

Transfer to the airport for departure.
