Pretty Beach House lies an easy 90 minutes north of Sydney on the NSW Bouddi Peninsula nestled in Bouddi National Park on the edge of the escarpment overlooking Pretty Beach. This private guesthouse features just four secluded pavilions and a maximum of just eight guests share the guest lounge, open bar, wine cellar, day spa, outdoor communal pool, and poolside pizza served alfresco style.
The four pavilions range from 95 sqm to 160 sqm and each accommodate two adults. The Bayview and Hideaway pavilions are removed from the main house and offer superior privacy. These pavilions come complete with king beds and their own personal touches like wood-burning fireplaces, private outdoor decks, heated personal pools, and more.
At the Main House, guests can indulge in premium wine, beer, and spirits from around the world hand selected by the house sommelier. Help yourself to the fully stocked bar and relax before dinner commences in the dining room, alfresco by the pool, or on a boat.

Set high up on top of the main residence, this pavilion is in the penthouse position. This luxurious one bedroom pavilion is complete with a king size bed and stunning views into the treetops and down to the bay, from your private balcony complete with double day bed & outdoor fire place. There is a large walk through robe and luxurious travertine bathroom complete with large copper bath & heated flooring.
This pavilion overlooks the deck area and the communal guest pool of the main house. Mini bar and comp wi-fi included.
Ideal for couples, this intimate and comfortable one bedroom split level pavilion boasts a luxurious king size bed and spacious indoor and outdoor living areas which include a wood combustion fireplace, luxurious bathroom with shower and heated flooring, heated plunge pool & outdoor double day bed.

The Retreat is the largest of the pavilions. This superb retreat is spread over two levels offering a separate living space upstairs with wood burning fireplace and powder room, whilst downstairs is a generous king size bedroom with desk, walk in robe and luxury bathroom with freestanding bath, separate shower and heated flooring.
Outside (off the lower bedroom) is your heated plunge pool, double day bed and expansive private outdoor terrace.

The main house is designed for relaxation and conviviality, where all the senses and sensibilities are inspired, from the iconic Australian artworks, to the elegant table settings and stunning views.
Guests are invited to help themselves from the fully stocked bar and relax before dinner while taking in the stunning views. Guests may dine in the elegant atrium dining room or opt for a casual pizza alfresco from the Stefano Ferrara wood fired pizza oven from Naples, Italy.
An extensive range of premium wines, beers and spirits are on offer with each meal.
Dining room is for in-house guests only with set meal times. Maximum 8 people.
