The paddling begins at the mouth of the Quiririm River, in a calm sandy beach surrounded by a lush Restinga vegetation and Atlantic Forest. At each curve of the river, the landscape surprises us with the beautiful views of the preserved forest. The fauna and flora abound there, especially the birds, such as squash, araponga, spoonbill, kingfisher, among many others. Along the way we can see many native plants, such as bromeliads, palm trees, guapuruvús. We will stop at a beautiful and secluded river beach where we rest and have a snack, then return by the same route. It’s about 5 km paddled (round trip).
