Livingstone – named after David Livingstone, the first European to explore the area – is a town on the Zambian side of Victoria Falls. From here, visitors can tour the Falls, as well as enjoy on river safaris, scenic helicopter flights, or visit nearby Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park. It also offers a wealth of adrenaline activities such as white-river rafting, abseiling, and bungee jumping. The town itself features examples of colonial and modern African architecture, museums, arts and crafts, with Wilderness Touring Zambezi providing touring infrastructure for all these activities.
