The Grumeti Reserves is located adjacent to the Western Corridor of the Serengeti National Park, bordering the national park, and encompasses 400,000 acres of unrivalled wilderness. Wide river valleys meandering through the plains, grass lands, woodland and forest. The area forms part of the famous migratory route, which is travelled by hundreds of thousands of animals every year. Grumeti features unparalleled exclusivity combined with the ability to enjoy a wide selection of activities not allowed inside the Serengeti as it is not governed by national park regulations.

Singita House is located some five minutes drive down the escarpment from Sasakwa Lodge  and is intended as an alternative to the large cottage suite at Sasakwa.

It is offered on a fully inclusive basis, including transfers to the Sasakwa airstrip, accommodation, morning tea, three meals per day served in a variety of locations, game drive snacks, high tea, bush snacks and canapés, laundry and valet services. Includes all drinks, fine wines, sparkling wines and selected champagnes and cognacs, cigars and cigarettes.

Activities include game drives in open vehicles, walks, night drives, horse riding at the Equestrian Centre and horseback out rides on the plains, mountain biking and archery all of which are facilitated with highly experienced guides.

Tennis, badminton, lawn croquet, billiards, one hour of Spa treatments daily during stay, gymnasium and swimming pools are all available at Sasakwa Lodge to guests at Singita House. Wireless internet access, satellite television and DVD players, PlayStation.

It offers 4 air-conditioned bedroom, lounge with fireplace, veranda with your own spotting scope, en suite bathrooms with bath and shower, dressing area, heated pool, large wooden deck. Singita House is fully staffed including a chef, and meals are cooked to order. Alternatively guests may eat at the main Sasakwa Lodge.
