Idle & Wild is on a working Macadamia farm.
The Sabie River runs through the property and walks can be taken on the farm.
We have accommodation to suite everyone from our intimate Rondavels , family room and our Cottage.
On the property it self there is a pool ,The Mac Shack restaurant with pub and plenty of play area for kids. GZ Adventures also offer plenty activities for the adventurous type that include River Rafting, geckoing, quad biking and paintball all on-site.
Idle & Wild is perfectly located to explore the Panorama Route (Gods Window, Bourke Lucks Potholes , Pilgrims Rest and plenty of Waterfalls) and we are also in very close proximity of the WORLD FAMOUS Kruger National Park to which you can do a self-drive or guided drive.
Each Rondavel, has two ¾ size beds, shower en suite, semi-kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery & private veranda overlooking the garden. Each has its own braai (BBQ) area.

Our cottage is ideal to accommodate four people. Main bedroom has a queen size bed & bathroom en suite. Bedroom upstairs has two single beds & shower en suite. Open plan lounge with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Private veranda & braai facilities
