Ardmore Guest Farm nestles in the Champagne Valley in the picturesque Drakensberg mountains in KwaZulu-Natal, looking onto the three highest peaks in South Africa, namely Mafadi (3450m), Injisuti Dome (3410m) and Champagne Castle (3377m) which are part of the UNESCO World Heritage site. Our organic timber farm is 150 ha, with woodland and grass walks or MTB trails (part of Cathkin trails) or enjoy fishing in our bass dam.
Stay in individual cottages, rondawels, or studio suites . We offer Dinner, Bed and Breakfast , Bed & Breakfast, or Self catering. Dinner is a la carte and we have a tea garden and a licensed bar. We cater for groups of all sizes, from single guests to large groups and are pet friendly with some privately fenced cottages. Relax by our 2 swimming pools, play table tennis, pool or badminton, or just grab a book from our library and lie under a tree.
We are happy to field enquiries and help you organise your stay. Hikes, Horse Riding, Bird of Prey display, Canopy tours, River rafting, Scootours, Chocolate dipping and the Drakensberg boys choir etc.
Free wifi is available in the main lodge complex and the guest rooms.
