The lodge offers a diverse range of experiences and bush adventures. Game Drives within the reserve are conducted twice daily. Spot the Big-5, zebras, giraffes, antelope species and other wildlife within the lush and savanna landscape. Safaris take place in the early morning hours and at sunset time, offering the opportunity to encounter nocturnal wild animals.

Active traveler can take part in a bush walk (advance booking recommended). The experience is accompanied by certified ranger ensuring your safety, but also introduce you to the Hluhluwe iMfolozi as fascinating and profound ecosystem and its intensive and ongoing nature conservation project. Minimum age 14 years.

Known as an excellent birding destination, Hluhluwe offers almost half of all species found in the southern African subregion. Migratory birds arrive around September/October and leave around February/March.
