Pitched in a hidden crease in the northern reaches of the Okavango Delta, Expeditions Camp is a semi-permanent, expedition-style safari camp designed to take guests back to where safari began - under canvas, around firelight and fully immersed in the wild.

This intimate camp of eight Meru-style tents rests beneath ebony trees beside a seasonal floodplain in the 90,000-hectare Northern Okavango Concession (NG12). Built lightly on the forest floor, without raised decks, the camp honours the tradition of early safari expeditions while offering all the comforts that matter. Each tent is purposefully simple, yet undeniably comfortable, and features a fully plumbed en-suite bathroom, four-poster beds, Persian rugs and rich textiles.

The camp's mess tent captures the essence of safari life. Carefully curated furniture, a small library and a well-stocked drinks cabinet set the scene for unfussy meals, easy conversation and evenings spent around the fire. Expeditions Camp is a place to slow down and experience a safari that is unhurried and wonderfully real.
