July – Wildebeest Migration, located in Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park, is a breathtaking natural event where millions of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles move northwards in search of greener pastures. Visitors can witness vast herds marching across the plains, dramatic river crossings at the Grumeti and Mara Rivers, and predator-prey encounters that highlight the raw intensity of the migration. Notably, this stage of the Great Migration is considered one of the most iconic wildlife spectacles on earth, with over two million animals undertaking an 800‑kilometre trek.
