Angkor Ban is found along the Mekong River. Angkor Ban is considered a 'khum', meaning a commune of Sampov loun District in north-western Cambodia.

This khum is easy to reach via bus, motorbike, car, and boat. Friendly residents living in houses built on stilts, fresh air, and lush green trees along with farm animals can be seen by visitors in the area.
