The Arena da Amazônia is a multipurpose space in Manaus, Brazil, that can host football matches, concerts, events, fairs and visitations. The stadium can also be adapted to host beach soccer games and field sports such as volleyball and basketball. The structure occupies ​​84,000 m2 with a façade and roof composed of a single metallic structure with a design similar to an indigenous straw basket.
