Golden hour is a much celebrated event in the Kruger, and guests are encouraged to make the most of their safari by opting for the special/additional sundowner set-up.
For special occasions we can arrange a classic Melvill and Moon safari sundowner set-up on top of the lookout point, or in a clearing in the bushveld.
The waterhole at Chacma Bush Camp sits just below the patio and pool deck area. It's a major drawcard for a ton of wildlife, and you can watch elephants, buffalo, birds and other wildlife from around the pool area. Wildlife at the waterhole isn't guaranteed, but there are often consistent sightings of big game arriving at the water's edge for a drink!
