British weather is extremely unpredictable,  all of the United Kingdom, no matter the time of year! 

Norfolk in May is a glorious time to visit, with daily highs of 15 degrees and bright blue skies. Rain is common, so please bring your waterproofs and an umbrella to cover your amazing artwork! 

Money

Breakfast is included in your package price, with three dinners and two lunches prepaid for, if you chose to opt in. Please bring some spending money for any souvenirs, sweet treats, glasses of wine and additional lunches. 

Transport and Travel

Whether you are driving or getting the train to Cley, the Windmill is very easy to access! There is a carpark adjacent to the Windmill, that belongs to Cley Parish Council where guests can park for free. There is also a free car park at Cley Village Hall, with a pedestrian throughfare to the Mill. It is worth noting Cley is a small coastal town and parking is limited! If you are getting the train, we recommend arriving at Sheringham Train Station as it is the closest, approximately 20minutes away by taxi. There is also the North Norfolk Coast Hopper bus, which makes a stop at Sheringham and Cley. This is along the Cromer to Wells-Next-The-Sea route (CH1). It is always worth reaching out to your fellow travel companions if you are interested in car sharing or travelling together!
