Tugu's Traditional Grand Rijsttafel, or Rice Table, portrays the sumptuous social feast that used to be celebrated by the dutch plantation lords when they hosted their honorable guests during the Colonial years.
Prepared according to traditional recipes that were only ever handed from generation to generation, the Grand Rijsttafel is a display of the colorful richness of Indonesian cuisine served by a parade of servers in elegant Indonesian ancient uniforms. This is the way lavish Indonesian cuisine was presented, where a rice platter is enjoyed with various different small side dishes together to make the one elaborate Rijsttafel dish.

Megibung is an exotic occasion of ancient Balinese dining, usually made for family gatherings, meeting or functions. In Megibung, the chair-less siting arrangements are made from the north-end of the table, starting with the oldest member and ending with the youngest member at the other end of the long table. Each member of the gathering wears traditional Balinese clothing. Originally this traditional dining was held for every Balinese gathering, however these days this way of dining can only be found in few isolated villages in Bali.

Bale Puputan was buitl in tribute to the Balinese heroes who sacrificed their lives duritng the "Battle to the Last Man" against the Dutch colonialism, specifically the battles of Puputan of Badung in 1906 and Klungkung in 1908. The Royal Balinese Dining room housed the last antique treasures saved from the Puputan War. Some of these were personal inheritance from Tugu's founder's great grandmother, a personal friend to the last princess of Badung; some others originated from the ship that was the reason the Puputan War happened, and some others were rare artworks that had been smuggled out of the country and had been brought back to the island by the Tugu founder.
Guests can sit on the antique regal armchairs while they dine at the largest 19th century whole marble in the country that used to belong to the last Dutch general in Bali, surrounded by antique statues representing the creatures of Balinese mythology. The menu samples the finest of Balinese cuisine with recipes originated from various women of the royal families of Balinese kingdoms.

The Royal Tugudom dining tells the story of the royal expeditions of King Hayam Wuruk of the Majapahit Kingdom through the vast country including Bali. The Majapahit royal entourage traveled on foot, with buffalo-drawn carts, horses and elephants, from the eastern region of Java to Bali, stopping at temples, markets, villages, and 'tugus' (the symbolizing monuments of the God of Ciwa).
The Tugudom is a theatrical dining brought back to life by the Tugu Hotels.
