Situated in St. George's, Grenada, the Grenada National Cricket Stadium is the home of the West Indies Cricket Academy, and became one of the newest West Indian stadiums to host a Test match in 2002. The stadium was damaged in a hurricane that destroyed much of it in 2004. It has now been rebuilt, and in 2007 it hosted several of the 2007 ICC World Cup matches. The stadium, apart from cricket matches, also hosts sports events such as football.
