The yacht navigation is a full-day program onboard M/Y Pikaia I. Private cabins are assigned according to the room category reserved at the Lodge. Once guests have boarded Pikaia I, shortly after breakfast will be served. While exploring the island,our highly experienced naturalist guides will explain the history, evolution and science of not only the beautiful location, but also the incredible animals guests will encounter.
As the yacht navigates to the second island, guests will get changed into the wetsuits provided to take part in the snorkelling activity. Thereafter, guests can retreat to their air-conditioned private cabin to shower and freshen up before lunch is served. Approximately two hours before sunset the yacht makes its way back to Pikaia Lodge.

This excursion is designed to offer guided coastal fishing and snorkeling tour experiences around Santa Cruz island.
These boats will take a maximum of eight Pikaia Lodge guests on half-day tours, where Galapagos fishermen share their traditional fishing techniques.
Please note, this excursion is an extra activity charged separately.
Enjoy an early breakfast, and then embark on a morning exploration program. Each morning activity is planned according to satellite weather imagery and tidal charts. You will join a group of maximum 16 people for the land tour, two or three activities will be chosen from the list below.
If you prefer, you can relax and enjoy your day at the lodge. Mountain bikes, helmets, snorkelling equipment, and wetsuits are available without extra charge at the front desk or onboard the yacht. (Early pre-booking is recommended.)
