Cape Finisterre is a coastal headland located in Fisterra, Galicia, in north-western Spain. Visitors can explore the Finisterre Lighthouse, view the Atlantic Ocean and the estuary, visit the fishing village of Fisterra, and take part in coastal boat trips. The lighthouse was built in the nineteenth century to help guide vessels along the coast. Cape Finisterre is recognised as a European Heritage Site and is regarded as kilometre zero of the Way of St James pilgrimage route.
