Nasir Al Mulk Mosque is located in the city of Shiraz in Iran. It is popularly called the Pink Mosque, because of the colourful stain glass covering the exterior walls. Featuring ceilings adorned with thousands of spectacular tiles and the floors covered with gorgeous Persian rugs, the interior is equally as beautiful as the facade. There is also a courtyard in the mosque with a pool surrounded by a flower garden. The mosque is best visited at sunrise when the stained glass casts a beautiful reflection on the floor.
