This Stellenbosch wine farm has a distinguished history that dates back to 1705, when the first grapes were harvested from Neetlingshof vines. Over the years, eight discernable terroirs have been identified on the estate, each of these has been planted with the grape varietal most suited to it, ensuring optimal growing conditions and ultimately, magnificent wines. The Lord Neethling restaurant is housed in the estate’s 200-year-old Cape Dutch homestead and serves classic Continental cuisine. Open for tastings Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm; Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 10am to 4pm. The estate closes 2hrs later in the summer months.
