The Chiefs Namaqua Skilpad Flower Camp is an incredible way of exploring the annual wildflower spectacle that takes place each year along South Africa's west coast. The camp is located in the Skilpad Nature Reserve, 30 kilometers from Kammieskroon, the closest town. Here, guests can explore the richest flora of any desert region in the world for a limited period from 11 August to 10 September annually. About 3 500 plant species burst to life in Namaqua, with over 1 000 of these found nowhere else on earth.

The Chiefs Namaqua Skilpad Flower Camp comprises 20 luxury dome tents in the Namaqua National Park, complete with comfortable duvets, hot blankets and LED lights. Visitors will also have access to their own hot showers, dressing rooms, and chemical flush toilets.
