Established in 1987, the German Historical Museum is located in the historic district of Berlin, Germany. The museum is home to over 900,000 historic pieces such as political and religious objects, military uniforms, flags, sculptures, documents and many more. Visitors can view the permanent exhibit of Zeughaus which features over 7,000 objects depicting the history of Germany from the Middle Ages until the fall of the Berlin Wall, as well as various temporary exhibits. The museum is open daily from 10:00 until 16:00 and features a museum store and a café.
