At the Bamboo Safari Lodge near the Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve guests can stay in one of 9 spacious eco-friendly villas situated on the edge of the picturesque Maasal Lake and wake up in the wilderness to the songs of the birds which populate the area around the lake.
The villas are available in different configurations and are fitted air-conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, tea-and-coffee-making facilities, mini bars, open-sky bath tubs, and patios with lake views. Wheelchair facilities can be provided by arrangement.
The onsite restaurant serves local and international cuisines and caters for individual tastes and dietary requirements. There is also a spa and a gift shop at the property and staff can assist with car hire. Guests can take part in activities such as the daily safari to the Tadoba Tiger Reserve, bird watching, nature walks, and star gazing.
The Bamboo Forest Safari Lodge has 9 comfortable lake-facing villas.The villa come with all the trappings of high-end luxury resorts, with its large bedroom, a large washroom, a powder room, a patio overlooking the lake, private garden, and an open to sky bath tub area surrounded by greenery.
Total 4 in number, these are on ground floor with same amenities and facilities as lake facing villas except open to sky bathtubs. They have instead private garden sit out area.

Kolara gate is the closest entry point to the forest from the resort, but safaris can also be
conducted from the neighbouring Navegaon and Pangdi gates to see and experience
different parts of the park. Navegaon is a 30 minutes’ drive from the lodge and Pangdi is
an hour’s drive.
The newly declared Umred-Kharhandla Tiger Reserve is a mere hour’s drive from the
resort and can be explored too.
Safaris are done by Gypsys and modified scorpio getaways.
Star Gazing is an add on activity that is conducted by our in-house naturalists.

Macchan – the restaurant, serves lip smacking delicacies from all over India and across the globe – served by chefs that have already earned a respectable name in the world of gastronomy. Macchan also offers the option of ‘on the deck’ lake-side dining, to provide you with the ultimate experience of fine dining in the lap of nature alongside a rooftop gazebo for curated personalised celebrations.
