VORO, the new fine dining restaurant at Park Hyatt Mallorca, offers a bold, exciting, sweet and intense gastronomic proposal designed by Michelin-starred chef Álvaro Salazar. Two tasting menus (Voro-11 courses and Devoro-15 courses) that evolve constantly to keep surprising the guests and a wine list with 200 national and international references. The chef bases his recipes on seasonal products, especially from the Balearic Islands, therefore the market and the seasonality mark the dishes’ composition. His creations are focused on taste and texture, it is a journey back to the original flavors.
The restaurant Asia is presenting an all-new menu combining Asian culture with Spanish products. Specially marked by its new chef’s Japanese influences, the creations available reflect ingredients and techniques from South Korea and Japan. Recipes with a Japanese and South Korean air based on the Yôshoku concept: a style of Western- influenced Japanese cuisine. Spectacular views of the Canyamel Valley and Mediterranean Sea from the gardened terrace complete this culinary journey to the most flavourful Oriental recipes.
