Hanging Gardens of Mumbai, located on Malabar Hill in Mumbai, India, is a terraced public garden overlooking the Arabian Sea. Visitors can walk along the pathways, practise yoga or meditation, view the landscaped areas, observe a decorative flower clock, and enjoy broad views of the surrounding coastline and city. The gardens were laid out in 1881 over a reservoir and are also known as Pherozeshah Mehta Gardens. Internal pathways form the initials “PMG” when seen from above, reflecting aspects of their design and purpose.
