Situated approximately 3000 feet above sea level, Idanre Hill is located in the town of Idanre, in southwest Nigeria. The hill features high plains and spectacular valleys, interspersed with inselbergs, and encompassing Owa's Palace, shrines, Old Court, Belfry, Agbogun footprint and burial grounds.

Idanre Hill has diverse and variegated ecosystems of both flora and fauna.
