Just next to the Okavango River, 16km from the town of Rundu, one can find the idyllic Hakusembe River Campsite.
Surrounded by lush trees and grass, the 4 campsites make for the perfect nature retreat. Each campsite has a power outlet, braai (barbecue) facilities, offers private ablution facilities and washing up areas. Campers are welcome to make use the of the lodge facilities such as the crystal-clear pool and the bar.
Sundowner boat cruise, fishing and birding trips are just some of the amazing activities that are available on the property.
Location: approximately 16 km west of Rundu on the B 10 (Okavango).

Please note that this activity is seasonal and subject to water levels.
During the dry season, from September to December, river levels may be too low to allow full access to the river channels, which can limit or prevent boat cruise operations. We encourage you to enquire about the availability of boat cruises upon check-in. We make every effort to offer this activity for as long as water levels permit; however, the safety of our guests remains our highest priority.

The excursion is conducted with a maximum of two guests per boat, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable fishing experience. Your guide will take you to promising fishing spots and assist you throughout the outing as you try your luck at landing this remarkable predator.
