After the Penfold’s experience you will be taken to the top of Mengler’s Hill to gain a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding countryside and vineyards of Barossa Valley.
From here then progress to the village of Angaston to join youe wine guide for casual lunch at a local cafe. If you wish you can also visit Barossa Valley Cheese Company – the makers of many award winning cow and goats’ milk cheeses.
The next cellar door visited will be the premium winery of Turkey Flat, where you can sample the traditionally made wines. Here you can also compare their own blend to Turkey Flat’s Grenache, Shiraz, and Mataro.
To complete the day you will visit the boutique producers of Torbreck Vintners -artisans of exceptional Barossa wines.
