Wave Rock is a natural rock formation that is shaped like a tall breaking ocean wave. The "wave" is about 14m high and around 110m long. It forms the north side of a solitary hill, which is known as Hyden Rock. Visitors can climb to the top and enjoy the view of the surrounding farm land, shiny salmon gum-forests, and the beautiful salty scrubby bush, as well as take a short walk to Hippo's Yawn, which offers spectacular views of the orchids and wildflowers in spring.
