Located in Hoi An, Vietnam, Tra Que Garden Cooking Class offers visitors a unique cooking experience. The tour starts at 08:30 and has a duration of about 5 hours. Visitors will be guided by a cooking instructor and the first part of the tour begins by visiting a local market. The next part of the tour takes place in the Tra Que Vegetable Village where vegetables unique in flavour are grown. A farmer will then show visitors the process behind preparing and fertilising the soil with seaweed collected from a nearby river. Visitors will then enjoy a relaxing foot massage before taking part in preparing dishes with the vegetables and herbs from the vegetable village. These dishes include rice pancakes, banana flower salad, fresh spring rolls, and fried spring rolls.
