Kjolle (Buddleja Coriacea) is a tree that grows in extreme altitudes. In Perú, in high andean systems, surrounded with species that resist those climate conditions: oxygen available and high solar radiation. Also, Kjolle has an orange flower, that dyes textiles and infusions. In Pía Leon’s cuisine the colors of these ingredients prevail. Products of the sea come across with others in the valleys, high andean lakes, mountains and amazonian forests. Pia and her team propose an experience as diverse in ingredients as the nature of the country and its culture.
