Just 2,5 hours from Cape Town is Gansbaai - a world hot spot for the great white shark where you experience an incredible cage diving adventure on board a custom-designed boat. A marine biologist is onboard to share interesting information with you as you get up close and personal with this amazing apex predator in the famous Shark Alley. During the trip, you will also have the opportunity of viewing the rest of the Marine Big 5 – whales, dolphins, seals and the African penguin, as well as incredible seabirds. The trip includes an educational briefing; breakfast or lunch; refreshments on board; a complimentary drink on return; towels, clean wetsuits, and goggles.
Marine Dynamics Shark Cage Diving is based in Kleinbaai, a small harbor town, part of Gansbaai in the Western Cape of South Africa. This area is known as a hotspot for different shark species and the best place in the world to see and dive with these iconic creatures in their natural environment.
Our marine biologists and expert crew members will not only show you where these mysterious and misunderstood predators hunt and hide, but they will also explain to you how and where they feed, breed and breach.

Please note that the timeslot selected is an estimated time for when the Shark Cage Diving boat will launch. Pickup time will be earlier to allow enough travel time from Hermanus to arrive for pre-trip briefing at the Great White House in Gansbaai.
