The fitness boot camp is a physical training programme conducted by an in-house personal trainer. These programmes are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals within a one hour period of time. It commences with dynamic stretching and running around the resort’s buggy path, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights/objects, pulling TRX straps, push-ups/sit-ups, plyometrics, and various types of intense explosive routines in the O2 Gym. The session ends with yoga stretching to cool the body down.
For guests in search of an adventurous activity in the early morning, a sunrise kayaking trip to Koh Som is a perfect option. The team will lead the way to the neighbouring island and guests will take in beautiful views of the sun rising.
