Join the chefs to prepare a refined Brazilian meal with the best of Brazilian cuisine. We start by serving a caipirinha while the chef shows a unique way to make it. Next, guests are invited to gather around the stove to join or just watch the preparation of the dishes. Then we all sit at our decorated table and enjoy the four-course dinner we made together, with wine from Argentina or Chile. We end with coffee or mint tea and a tasting of aged cachaça.

*The class is available for lunch (at 12:30 pm) or dinner (at 8 pm). Usually closed on Sundays. One class per day.

Note 1: Possible to book a shared class (min 2 pax and max 10 pax) or private class (consult us).
Note 2: The chefs are fluent in English. Guide and transfers are not included – passengers make their own way to/from the class by foot. For private classes it MAY be possible for the chef to pick-up/drop-off paxs at their hotel at the historical center (by foot) (consult us in advance).
Note 3: Vegetarian menu and classes with children are possible, consult us in advance.
