Le Jardin Secret, located in the medina of Marrakech, is a restored historic garden complex that dates back several centuries and reflects traditional Moroccan and Islamic architecture. Reopened to the public in 2016 after extensive restoration, the site is divided into two main gardens: an exotic garden featuring plants from around the world and an Islamic garden designed around geometric layouts and water channels, symbolising paradise in Islamic culture. Visitors can explore the ornate pavilions, admire zellij tilework and carved wood, and learn about traditional hydraulic systems that supplied water to the medina. The site also offers panoramic views of Marrakech from its tower, accessible to visitors for an additional fee. Tourists can enjoy the café and gift shop on-site, making it a practical stop during a walk through the medina.
