Rathaus Kiel is the ex town hall of Kiel. The building followed a neo-Gothic style. It was first built around 1300 but was rebuilt three times thereafter. All that remains of the building today are the cellar vaults after the main structure was destroyed during a bombing raid in the Second World War. There is a new town hall located within the same area which visitors can see today. It was built around 1907 and 1911.
