Simpsons Gap is one of the scenic gaps in the West MacDonnell Ranges, in the Northern Territory of Australia. The site of a permanent waterhole in the region, Simpsons Gap is located approximately 18 kilometers west of Alice Springs. With numerous opportunities to spot resident wildlife and explore the variety of plant life, the gap features various walking tracks with incredible views of the range. The region is also an important spiritual site to the Arrarnta Aboriginal people, where many dreaming trails and stories cross.
